AIUI, no, no such requirementunder either GPLv2 or GPLv3.

This is the major difference between GPL and AGPL. AGPL treats your SaaS as distribution, with all the strings attached.

If you don't give the binary or source to anyone else, no. If you do, you have to give them the rights to use the source code under GPL.

IANAL. Normal lgpl and gpl only applies on distribution, so no.

There's an affero gpl that would apply to your case.
