Congratulations on launching.

The landing page hero graphic looks enough like Kanban to surprise me given the title of your post. Then the sales pitch in the article begins with a critique of Agile and Kanban. I was already two scroll screens in and still didn't know what Swinlanes does.

Some random advice from the internet:

Forget about why Agile and Kanban are bad...in fact, forget about them entirely. Tell people why Swinlanes is good. People already have fully formed opinions about Agile and Kanban. They don't know anything about Swinlanes.

"Try Swinlanes" is an easier pitch than "Abandon Agile and/or Kanban" and people can find Swinlanes good without being convinced agile and/or Kanban are bad. In a group setting, the reasons for using particular methods go beyond the technical...business cases are behind business decisions and risk aversion is a major factor.

Sure the shortcomings you perceive with agile/kanban were your motivations for making Swinlanes. But the reasons someone else might try it are much broader and that is to your advantage. Good luck.
