Here's the best Windows debloat tool thus far: https://www.winehq.org/

Yes, that is a link to Wine which is yet another recursive acronym for 'Wine Is Not an Emulator'. Does it run all Windows software? Nope, it doesn't. It does run a lot though and it may well run that one Windows program which you 'can not do without' while the other stuff is available for Linux et al.

The advantage of this approach to debloating Windows is that it is a one-time process. Once you take this step you will never have to worry about that next update which enables all those 'features' you managed to disable using a host of 'debloat' scripts, advice from random sites and sketchy tools from sites with fake box images of whatever software they peddle - get the PRO version now for only $XX.- !!!. No more upgrade nags, no more sneaky attempts to upload your data to Onedrive, no more nonsense. Will your life be trouble-free?Nope, it won't, you'll get a whole set of new problems to deal with but these tend to be more straight-forward bugs and incompatibilities, not marketing stratagems designed to get you to (accidentally or otherwise) give in to the will of the corporate machine.

I've previously used O&O ShutUp10++ when I was still using Windows. Seemed to work well without issue. Certain Windows updates would reset some of the settings. https://www.oo-software.com/en/shutup10

Eventually you discover the best way to use Windows is just not to fuck with it. Debloat scripts just create instability and weird errors.

I used Black Viper's guide long ago.

Afterwards I gave up.

xnx
Quite a few of these tools out there. Is any clearly better or more popular than the others?
