Chargebacks are a big permanent mark on a company's credit card processing. Porkbun has clearly told you what needs to happen:

"have them decide the dispute review in our favor"

Short of you getting all three of these removed from their record you are hit.

This happens with all kinds of accounts. If you chargeback against a company that company is done doing business with you. 'Paying' for what you already paid them for once isn't going to undo the damage that chargebacks do. They want the chargebacks gone. It's not just a bounced check, it's a bounced check that adds to their 'permanent record' 'and Porkbun allowed a fraudulent transaction, lower your trust of future transactions from Porkbun." Which results in things like the companies credit card funds being held longer (to allow for chargebacks to come out). Imagine if a random person resulted in your ecommerce site's payout being permanently a month or three later.

You have already burned through a pretty high multiple of whatever margin they make from $10 domains so the fact they're pretty civil says a lot about the company and their approach to customer service. Get that last dispute resolved in their favor or give up on the business relationship.

Time to register a different domain. You have been down long enough and wasted too much time.
