Do you not foresee any other problems that could arise from naming your product after malware? How do you expect your marketing emails to get through to people's inboxes with a name that gets flagged on-search?

I won't absolve Stripe here, but you walked into this one face-first. Automated systems are going to annihilate your SEO for as long as you keep that name.

Hi there, I'm Pooja from the Stripe Atlas team writing to let you know we're taking a look and will get back to you with an email update in the next ~day.

I was able to find your business doing an entity search in Delaware, and there is a registered agent listed, so from a contract perspective it sounds like they did perform the service you paid them $500 for.

Closing the account may be an issue that you want to pursue separately, but they did do the work you paid them for.

Stripe Atlas created the company? That sounds like it fulfilled its service. Your issue is with Stripe, the payment provider. Like talldayo already said naming the business 'botnet' (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Botnet) is the likely cause.

Are you kidding us? Do you really expect to not be banned everywhere?

You're by far the least smart person I've seen in HN. Congratulations.
