The functions of many software are too complicated, and the use process is cumbersome, so I made "Demark", hoping to automatically add logo watermark to pictures by reading picture metadata.

From an idea to developing an MVP for verification, and finally making an app online and iterated, it has been 2 months. The version has been updated 4 times. Unexpectedly, nearly 2,000 users have downloaded and used it.

It is mentioned in the "The Almanack of Naval Ravikant" that there are four ways to leverage wealth: assets, labor, code and media. For ordinary people, code and media will be lower cost, less risky, and more helpful. Ordinary people try it. After studying the stories of independent developers for a period of time, I found that there are actually many small and beautiful websites or tools that were slowly built from a small MVP. Therefore, I also recommend that everyone discover more and try. So I am now also trying to see if I can use code or media to tap my own levers.

Version 1.0.3 of the Imprint app has been released. Old users can simply update and experience it. New users can now only pay to experience it. From a user's perspective, the buyout system is actually more friendly.

All the above points are what I learned from books. I just follow them, give them a try, and put them into practice, haha.

Doess it add a watermark or a footer?

What does "by reading picture metadata" mean? Does it add the date of the photo?
