CSS seems like an intractable problem in general.

I make simple games and our designers make all the assets in Figma, there's simply no way AI will grasp interactions, timings, asset optimization, and so on. Maaaybe if the designers could be overly detailed and build every screen, which would be too expensive, an AI might build something that resembles the game.
